Join us on labor day weekend for our next marathon!
Urban Axes Durham is hosting a marathon league on Saturday, Aug. 31st! Each player will throw 20 regular season matches followed by a double elimination playoff! We need a minimum of 12 members to run the marathon league, and everyone will make the playoffs (even if we have more than 16 throwers!) Practice is at 10:30am and matches begin at 11am.
We need your help to determine the ruleset of this marathon! We've added a poll to our Facebook event so you can vote on whether we'll play Premier or Standard rules! Please cast your vote, and we'll announce the resulting ruleset by the end of the week! If Premier is chosen, it would be the updated Premier Rules featuring touch & Premier Clutches, but no matter the ruleset, this is sure to be another can't-miss marathon league at Urban Axes Durham!

Our poll results are in and with two-thirds of the votes, our Labor Day Weekend Marathon League will be a Standard Rules ABC Marathon!
"ABC" stands for "Always Be Clutching" and the league will be scored under Standard Rules with Mandatory Clutches in each 5-throw round! We first ran this marathon format at Urban Axes Durham for our New Year's Day Marathon and are excited to bring it back again for Labor Day!
