Austin Boat Party

our final urban axes boat party is this sunday, june 1st!

Tickets have sold out for this event! We've sent an email all confirming all of the details with everyone attending, and we're sharing the same info here for reference! IF YOU ARE LATE FOR EITHER THE BUS OR THE BOAT YOU WILL BE LEFT BEHIND, so please read all the information carefully so you come prepared, and no one misses the boat (literally!)

Waivers

All partygoers and those riding the party bus to and from Urban Axes must fill out waivers online at the links below! EVERYONE must e-sign a Premier Party Cruises waiver in advance (no exceptions!), and everyone riding the bus must fill out a Fly-Rides Party Bus waiver as well!

Departure

Below are two sets of departure instructions: one for those meeting us at Urban Axes to take the party bus to the boat and one for those meeting us at the marina itself.

• Bus Transfer + Boat Party

  • Please arrive at Urban Axes Austin no later than 2:15 PM so we can confirm everyone is present!

    • The bus will depart at 2:30 PM. Do not be late or you will be left behind!

    • Fill out your waiver HERE.

  • We will meet in the parking lot at 812 Airport Blvd, Austin, TX 78702

  • Arrive prepared to depart! We may not have access to Urban Axes for bathrooms or any other purposes, so plan accordingly before you arrive!

  • No glass bottles are allowed on the party bus or boat!

  • You may bring small bags with towels, sunscreen, floats, and other items you’ll need for the day.

  • SPACE ON THE BUS WILL BE LIMITED, so don’t go overboard!

    • Please bring small coolers only / share with friends to transport food/drink.

    • The boat will have large shared coolers you may use once we arrive.

• Boat Party ONLY

  • Please arrive at Anderson Mill Marina no later than 3:15 PM so we can confirm everyone is present and board the boat!

    • The boat will depart at 3:30 PM! Do not be late or you will be left behind!

  • Our boat is operated by Premier Party Cruises, so if you arrive early or don’t recognize anyone from our group, ask for them at the marina.

What to Expect

The following will be provided on the boat by Premier Party Cruises or Urban Axes:

• Food

  • We will have 22 delicious large VIA 313 pizzas, as well as some Caesar salad and desserts!

  • Please bring any other sides or accompaniments you wish to share!

  • Personal snacks are also welcome.

• Drinks

  • We will have some drinks on hand left over from our closing party, but please BYOB!

  • No glass bottles are allowed on the boat!

  • There is a large cooler onboard, but personal coolers are welcome in case we run out of space.

• Restrooms

• Loud Bluetooth Speakers

• Onboard shade and seating

• Cruise on Lake Travis

• Ample swim time

• Adult Life Jackets

• TWO large Lily Pad floats!

What to Bring

The following is suggested you bring with you to the party:

• SUNSCREEN

• Bathing suit & towel

• Sunglasses

• Water

• SMALL cooler & ice (share with friends!)

• Drinks (in plastic bottles or tin cans)

  • Only Champagne is allowed in glass bottles!

  • We will provide some drinks, but please BYOB!

• Prepared food & snacks

  • We will provide VIA 313 pizza but encourage sides or other dishes!

  • No grill is provided, so food must be ready to eat!

• Floats

  • The boat will be providing a large Lily Pad float and lifejackets.

  • You may bring foam noodles and other inflatables if you wish!

The boat party will conclude at 7:30 PM back at Anderson Mill Marina. Those on the party bus will then be transported by to Urban Axes and should arrive between 8-8:30 PM. We’ll then head to Lustre Pearl East for anyone who wishes to keep the party going. Please let us know if you have any questions, and we’re very excited to party with all of you this weekend!
